Welcome!

I am deeply honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey. I believe that true healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and supported. My passion lies in helping people reconnect with their authentic selves - free from the burdens of past wounds, self-doubt, or survival patterns that no longer serve them.

With a deep reverence for the field of counseling, I integrate evidence-based modalities with a compassionate, client-centered approach. I understand that healing is not just about talking through pain, but about creating space for the body, mind, and spirit to process, release, and rebuild. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing environment where you can explore your inner world with curiosity and self-compassion.

I believe that within each of us lies profound wisdom and resilience. My role is not to "fix" but to guide - to hold space for transformation, and to support the journey toward integration. Whether you are seeking to heal from trauma, break free from old patterns, or step into a more empowered version of yourself - I am here to walk with you, at your pace, with respect for your process.

Healing is not a destination; it is a courageous act of self-reclamation. You deserve to live fully, to feel deeply, and to embrace who you truly are. If you're ready to begin, I am honored to support you.

Personal Journey

I have been a mental health advocate for more than fourteen years. My passion for the field evolved over decades of navigating the mental healthcare system as a mother, foster parent, and adoptive parent. I believe that healing trauma is not about fixing what is “broken”, but about reconnecting with the parts of ourselves that have been silenced or wounded. My approach to therapy is rooted in deep empathy, attunement, and a belief in each person’s innate capacity for healing and growth.

When I’m not immersed in counseling, you’ll find me in the mountains with my loved ones. Whether I’m hiking a new trail, kayaking the Poudre River, or camping in Estes Park, nature is where I find my true sense of peace and restoration.
